Mesquite
makes a stable floor with almost no tendency to warp. Tongue and grooved flooring is useful to keep the floor tight
while it is being laid, but end matching is not necessary, therefore we square edge our ends.
Mesquite suppliers are available but less mainstream. Reused flooring availability is limited locally.
